The Follower
The Follower tracks us as we go through life and unwittingly leave imprints of our discarded actions, emotions, and thoughts, which can affect the quality of our present lives and the smooth running of our futures. We can unintentionally speak harshly or repeat insensitive actions that no longer serve our best self. Most of the time we are unaware of the fallout this debris can cause if left unchecked. The Follower picks the pieces up, like trash, and collects them in a big bag to prevent any damaging repercussions holding them safe until we are ready to turn to face them.
It may appear simple because the Follower just follows us, with strong feet, and arms hanging ready to collect, and with no opinion about what is collected. This is a powerful attribute, the Follower does not judge.
When the Follower appears, it is time to turn around to delve into the bag and see that which we are ready to deal with and finally let go.
As you become more familiar with the Follower, begin to get a sense of the weight of the collection bag and what rubbish you may be leaving behind. You may even begin to notice if you are about to drop something.
