River Terne

After days of rain filling this river in Worcester, England, there was a wonderful clear evening with a rose red sunset. The river was swollen but did not quite break the banks as the water slid quickly by to cope with the onrush of the extra flow. Steep banks lined with trees and pink Himalayan Balsam contrasted with the horizontal surface of the river as it moved silently, its warm, brown shiny surface revealing the mass of unsettled silt that had been displaced downstream. But within the seemingly unbroken ease of the fast flow, there were eddies and whirls and surges that came to the surface indicating deep currents. Newly created eddies did not abate but continued to swirl down the river.

This remedy is for people that silently and efficiently deal with a lot in their lives but underneath they are a swirling, seething mass of unsettled, unresolved issues. They are probably dealing with too many issues in their lives but in the spaces between, this remedy allows the flow to carry and clear the resulting debris away.
